The current Candidate List and Annex XIV list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) issued by ECHA does contain a Phthalate that we have been using called DIBP. This is only present in Pigments with a part number that commences with, MB11, MB12, MB25 or MB26.

All other Pigment part numbers do not contain any SVHC. MB13 and MB23 continue our traditional range of Phthalate and Phthalate/Polyol based Pigments, but only utilising plasticisers that are not on the SVHC.

Our 100% Polyol range of pigments, containing no Phthalate/plasticiser product have part numbers that commence MB30 & MB32.

All our pigments can be re-formulated into MB13, MB23, or MB30, MB32 free of charge.
