Marbo DNS W800 LGM: A blend of synthetic esters that are designed to ease installation of a wide range of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts during post cure assembly. W800 LGM can be applied manually or automatically by brush or spray techniques. Use W800 LGM when a thin film of lubricant is desired. This product has 12 months shelf life and is available in 20Kg pails and 1000Kg IBC’s. Typical viscosity ranges from 250 – 350 cps.
Marbo DNS W1000G/1: A blend of polymers that are designed to ease installation of a wide range of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts during post cure assembly. W1000G/1 is especially useful in vertical and overhead assembly operations due to its higher viscosity it remains where it is applied without dripping. W1000G/1 can be applied manually or automatically by brush or spray techniques as it thins out under pressure. Use W1000G/1 when a thick coating of lubricant is desired, when it is important that the lubricant stays where it is applied, and/or when a prolonged drying time is desired. This product has 12 months shelf life and is available in 20Kg pails and 1000Kg IBC’s. Typical viscosity ranges from 5000 – 6000 cps.
